Personas
We developed four personas and one or two scenarios for each. We selected personas based on the different types of users we discovered in contextual inquiry. We decided that we needed a librarian, someone suffering from a chronic illness, an online community user, and a casual user with a particular health concern. We then filled out each user with a fairly detailed biography and personal traits.
