Hi-Fi Prototype
We used the feedback from the lo-fi prototype to develop a hi-fi prototype. We chose to build the hi-fi with HTML, CSS, and jQueryUI. jQueryUI is a library of user interface themes, widgets, events, and interactions written in JavaScript. Using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript allowed more flexibility than if we had used a prototyping tool, and deepened our understanding of work flow and processes.We created 6 views: librarian administration, topic browsing, topic summary, article, bookmarks, and search results.
