We started by going over some of the design ideas from contextual inquiry and the personas and scenarios. We brainstormed a list of features and functionality we felt were absolutely necessary. Our client also assisted in focusing our feature selection.

We decided to divide our prototype into four main views: Content, Browsing, User Backpack, and Searching. We then plugged our features into the appropriate view. After we were done, we came to the conclusion we would also need to address the librarian administrative interface as well.
